The $2,495 conference fee covers the main conference and may/may not be included in your service agreement. The fee is all-inclusive: hotel room for up to three nights, resort use, ground transportation, meals, beverages and entertainment, books, and conference materials. Please check your service agreement to determine if the conference is included.
Upon submission of this form, SAM Office Manager Peggy Dockery will review and either confirm your registration or send an invoice for the balance due.

The $795 pre-conference fee is generally not included in school or district service agreements. It includes the pre-conference, an additional night at the resort, meals and materials.

Additional nights at the resort will be charged at a rate of $345/night. This rate includes all taxes and resort fees.

We are using two hotels for the conference, Marriott Harbor Beach and Courtyard by Marriott. Harbor Beach is the site for the conference sessions and evening entertainment. Courtyard is just under a mile from Harbor Beach, facing the ocean. Registration has been very strong. As of today, we have assigned all rooms at Harbor Beach. Registering today, you will have a room at Courtyard. Attendees staying at Courtyard have the option of walking to/from Harbor Beach or taking the shuttle we will provide. The shuttle will run every 15 minutes throughout the conference and evening events. As space becomes available at Harbor Beach, we will move attendees to the main hotel in order of registration, if desired.

You are welcome to bring your spouse/significant other to the conference. Your spouse/significant other may attend dinner and evening events. There is a fee for a spouse/significant other of $350.
